 Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is “encrypted,” or, scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. If you become a member of CoCo Mail through cocokeywaterresort.com, all information (such as your name, address, and email address) is safely stored behind a firewall. We store this type of information so that you do not have to reenter it each time you make a purchase or log in.

Information submitted by children under the age of 13 is not collected until parental consent is provided. Upon submission an email notification is sent to the parent. CoCo Key Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Use of the CoCo Key Gift Card is acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  1. Your CoCo Key Gift Card should be treated as cash and protected accordingly.
  2. CoCo Key Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law. If a CoCo Key Gift Card has not been used for any purchase, it can be returned for the full amount to the original form of payment, providing you have the original proof of purchase receipt. Partial balances cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by law.
  3. The CoCo Key Gift Card is not valid for use until purchased, activated and monetary value added.
  4. The CoCo Key Gift Card can only be used at participating CoCo Key Water Resort locations. Check with individual locations for program participation before redemption.
  5. The CoCo Key Gift Card may not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without required proof of purchase and complete gift card number.
  6. At a CoCo Key Water Resort location, the CoCo Key Gift Card can be redeemed at select merchandise, food and ticketing locations, all well as for CoCo Key Water Resort Hotel room nights. CoCo Key Gift Cards may be redeemed for day passes purchased online through approved CoCo Key Water Resort partners, but are not currently valid or accepted for room nights and packages purchased online through the CoCo Key website.
  7. CoCo Key Gift Card may not be used towards the purchase of other CoCo Key Gift Cards. CoCo Key gift certificate value purchased online through approved CoCo Key Water Resort partners may be transferred to a CoCo Key Gift Card at a CoCo Key location, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  8. CoCo Key Gift Cards may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.
  9. CoCo Key Water Resorts are independently owned and managed. CoCo Key Water Resort ownership and management groups reserve the right to modify, alter, amend or change the terms and conditions of this program without advance notice.
